Abacus Teacher Cum Counselor - Internship


About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Take classes of Abacus in our Abacus Centre during weekends
2. Counsel and follow-up students about our Abacus program via WhatsApp, call or walk-in queries to ensure steady enrollments in the institute.
3. Pack the certificates and trophies/information brochure properly and put up the address labels of students who won competitions with us.
4. Keep track of the status of shipped packets online via the India Post website and inform schools and parents via WhatsApp and email about the shipment and share the tracking number with them.
5. Occasionally visit nearby schools and societies to take permission and conduct our competitions on their campus.

    Only those candidates can apply who:

  1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
  2. can start the internship between 3rd Nov'25 and 8th Dec'25
  3. are available for duration of 3 months
  4. have relevant skills and interests
  5. * Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.

Stipend:

INR₹ 10,000 - 18,000 /month

  • Stipend Structure:
    Fixed pay: ₹ 5,000 - 8,000 /month
    Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 - 10,000 /month
  • Job offer:
    On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 225000 to 320000/year
