Primary focus<br><br><ul><li>Create precise models of customer products within the agreed time frame, based on technical drawings or the actual products</li><li>Create Photo realistic renders</li><li>Optimize digital files before sending it to client for review</li><li>Strong understanding on how to accentuate the form of the products using lights and shadows</li><li>Understanding UV sets and maps</li><li>Perform daily tasks while following 2D & 3D CGI workflows & processes</li><li>Re-topologize raw 3D models</li><li>Create materials and textures, and set-up lights to produce photorealistic or stylized materials / shaders</li><li>Provide technical assistance to the team when needed</li><li>Serve as the team’s Creative QC<br><br></li></ul>Supporting tasks<br><br><ul><li>If needed, attend client meetings, calibration meetings and briefing</li><li>Complete any adhoc tasks as assigned by the 3D Lead</li><li>Follow company protocols with regards to job delivery and completion through MySGS</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time<br><br></li></ul>Performance Management<br><br><ul><li>On-time delivery</li><li>Right-The-First-Time (RTFT)</li><li>Ability to render a model as per Client needs, which could be in terms of customer satisfaction rate or no. of amendment at SGS cost against no. of jobs performed by that artist</li><li>Minimum of 85% unitilisation or productive hours on average</li></ul>
