Responsibilities
- The receptionist will be required to handle or manage meetings and help with their queries in the office and on calls when required.

- Simultaneously, the role involves maintaining and updating customer information in the CRM system, supporting in the analysis of customer data, and contributing to strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.
- The position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic office environment.
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor with 3 plus years’ experience as a receptionist
- Should have good exposure in CRM
- Good communication and verbal and written
- Good experience in client handling
