  • Simultaneously, the role involves maintaining and updating customer information in the CRM system, supporting in the analysis of customer data, and contributing to strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • The position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic office environment.

Qualifications

  • Any Bachelor with 3 plus years’ experience as a receptionist
  • Should have good exposure in CRM
  • Good communication and verbal and written
  • Good experience in client handling
